Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

01. Introduction

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

02. Services

We provide POS installation and management, CMS solutions, AI automation and integration, CRM & ERP solutions, and branding & marketing services as described on our website or agreed in a written proposal.

All services are subject to the specific terms outlined in individual project proposals and agreements.

03. Payments

Payments must be made as per the agreed milestones and payment schedule. Delays in payments may result in service suspension or project termination.

All prices are quoted in PKR unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for out-of-scope work.

04. Intellectual Property

All deliverables, including but not limited to designs, code, content and documents, will remain the property of the client after full payment is received.

Stratrix Technology retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

05. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications and client data.

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of this agreement for a period of 2 years.

06. Liability

Stratrix Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service.

We strive to deliver services as per agreed specifications but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results.

07. Support & Maintenance

Post-launch support is provided as per the agreed support package. Standard support includes bug fixes, minor updates and technical assistance.

Extended support and maintenance contracts can be arranged separately with custom terms and pricing.

08. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

Stratrix Technology reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of non-payment or breach of terms.

09. Modifications

Stratrix Technology reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We will notify clients of any material changes via email at least 15 days before they take effect.
